Badge Criteria

This FOUNDATIONAL badge is equivalent to a 3-credit, master's-level course. A final grade of B or better is required to earn this badge.

1. Become knowledgeable of the characteristics and dynamics of effective organizations. 2. Examine and explore various models and strategies for use in effecting change at the individual, group, school and school system levels. 3. Increase understanding of leadership in planning and managing change, including school improvement and curriculum implementation. 4. Develop action plans to apply course concepts in the workplace. 5. Analyze personal capabilities as an educational leader and agent of change.
