Delaplaine Jr. School of Business at Hood College, the Leadership & Organizational Behavior badge equips professionals with the core theories and practical skills needed to lead individuals, teams and organizations effectively. Drawing on classic and contemporary organizational behavior research—covering motivation, group dynamics, power and politics, culture, change management and ethical leadership—participants engage in immersive case analyses, experiential exercises and reflective assessments to diagnose real‑world challenges and design evidence‑based solutions. The program culminates in learner‑driven projects and peer‑led presentations that demonstrate mastery of interpersonal influence, strategic decision‑making and organizational change practices.
