Badge Criteria

This FOUNDATIONAL level badge is equivalent to a 3-credit, master's level course. A final grade of B or better is required to earn this badge.

1. Apply foundational leadership and organizational behavior theories to diagnose and solve real‑world managerial and team challenges. 2. Demonstrate effective oral and written communication, including leading discussions and delivering professional presentations. 3. Analyze group dynamics, power structures and organizational culture to recommend change initiatives. 4. Critically evaluate personal leadership style and interpersonal effectiveness and develop targeted improvement strategies. 5.
