Badge Criteria

This INTERMEDIATE level badge is equivalent to a 3-credit, master's level course. A final grade of B or better is required to earn this badge.

1. Apply the five‑phase project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, closing) to real‑world scenarios. 2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk baselines. 3. Use industry‑standard project management (PM) software tools for scheduling, resource leveling, earned value management and reporting. 4. Lead and motivate cross‑functional project teams through effective communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement. 5. Monitor project performance with quantitative metrics and implement data‑driven corrective actions. 6. Integrate Agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies to optimize delivery based on project needs. 7. Produce professional project documentation and deliver polished oral presentations to diverse audiences.
