Badge Description
Offered through The George B. Delaplaine Jr. School of Business, the Project Management Skill Accelerator Badge provides professionals with proven methodologies and value‑add tools to lead projects from initiation through closing with maximum efficiency. Participants learn to define scope, develop realistic schedules and budgets, apply risk mitigation strategies, conduct earned value analysis and manage stakeholder communications. Through interactive software simulations, expert‑led discussions and a collaborative capstone project with local industry partners, learners gain hands‑on experience that ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with organizational strategy.
